Mexsig Inc. is an Alberta-incorporated project management firm established in 2013 and based in Bragg Creek. We serve municipalities, counties, provinces, fire departments, First Nations, universities and industry across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

27+ years delivering capital and infrastructure projects valued at more than $2.4 billion, including work in live, operating facilities. Founded Mexsig in 2013 and has delivered 120+ sustaining and capital projects since. Master of Engineering (Project & Construction Management), UBC, 2001. B.A.Sc. Civil Engineering (Honours), Universidad Iberoamericana, 1997.

Mark Ruault, P.Eng.

Senior Project Manager, civil and utilities

27 years in municipal utilities, reservoirs, truck fills and lift stations, with projects in more than 24 Alberta municipalities and 3 Indigenous communities. With Mexsig since 2019. Professional Engineer in Alberta and British Columbia. B.Sc. Civil Engineering, University of Alberta, 1998.

Curtis Purdy

Commissioning and Operations Specialist · 1st Class Power Engineer (AB, SK, NS)

40+ years in commissioning, start-up, utilities and power generation operations, including roles as Chief Power Engineer and Superintendent of Operations. Leads commissioning, start-up and handover to operations on Mexsig projects since 2019.

25 years supporting owner-side project delivery. With Mexsig since 2021, coordinating University of Calgary projects and the Jamieson Road Fire Hall: document control, action and decision tracking, and audit-ready records.
