Fire Halls & Emergency Services

Fire halls planned around how crews respond.

From the call to out the door. A fire hall's layout affects how quickly and safely crews respond. We work with fire chiefs to set a practical, budget-conscious scope, build the case for funding, and lead planning, procurement and site oversight through to handover.

What fire chiefs get

Rural and urban departments often have no dedicated planning resource, and most architects and general project managers don't know how these buildings need to work. We bring fire-service experience to that gap and work with the chief from first idea to handover.

Costs Council can trust

Costed options and an independent quantity-surveyor Class D estimate (an early estimate made before design), with site costs checked before Council sees them.

A Council-ready package

Scope, cost range, schedule, delivery method, risks and funding options in one decision package. Then procurement and delivery through to handover.
