The challenge

The Jamieson Road hall was built in the 1990s for two apparatus. The department now runs three. There was no room for decontamination, training or storage. The District wanted to move quickly and needed a defined scope and budget first.

The outcome

"Your team got us from zero to having a Council package ready for review and approval."Rob Duffy, Fire Chief, Municipal District of Bighorn No. 8

Status

Phase 1 is complete. The District has a Council-ready package, a defined scope and a de-risked site, so the next phase can start from known numbers.
